What is Support System Coaching?

Support System Neuroinclusive Coaching is when a parent, caregiver, partner, etc. meets with a coach in an effort to foster goal achievement related to their roles as support systems of an individual. Our neuroinclusive approach will provide the needed neurodiversity affirming lens to facilitate the discovery and growth as you achieve the goals related to your role in the life of the individual you support.

The client is the support person (parent, caregiver, partner, etc.) not the individual that the person is supporting.

This means that the goals are those of the support person and the support person is the one responsible and accountable for their own change and growth. We respect the autonomy of individuals, because of that, goals cannot be around directly changing behaviors of the individual being supported, but what the client can do to strengthen the support system.
